Tim Schultz Jr. – Owner
Tim grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, specifically Mt. Lebanon. He started his career in 2008 in the Oil and Gas Industry, building a successful land service company that he is still a partner in today. In 2014, Tim began acquiring and renovating residential real estate in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, mainly multi-unit properties that him and his wife currently own and manage. Over time, Tim began utilizing his network of service providers and suppliers to handle interior and exterior renovations for independent properties. Schultz Builders was born. Having worked together on past projects, Tim and Alejandro partnered together in 2021 and decided to create an entity that would focus exclusively on Outdoor Living Projects and Landscape Construction. Thus, Custom Landscapes was born. Tim resides in Peters township with his wife Meagan, and his three children Claire, Nathan and Benjamin. In his free time, he enjoys being with his children, music, watching football, and spending time with friends.

Alejandro Bravo Coria – Partner
Alejandro’s story is the American dream. Born and raised in a small town outside of Morelia, Mexico, he came to Pittsburgh 20 years ago and began working for a prominent Pittsburgh based landscaping company. He advanced from laborer to crew manager over time due to his high quality of his work, conscientious attitude, and strong work ethic. He treats each property he works on as if it is his own and take tremendous pride in everything that he does. Seasonally, Alejandro resides with his wife Veronika in Peters Township, but loves to travel back to Mexico in the winter months to work on his family’s homes and daughter’s dental office (which he built himself). Alejandro enjoys working (not kidding), watching soccer, and spending time with his family. His wife, children and grandchildren are his world.
