Schultz is always looking for talented, hard-working individuals who are interested in joining our team. Experience is not always required. Our current opportunities are listed below:

 

The role will involve a variety of requirements and tasks, including but not limited to:

 

* Driver’s license and DOT medical card (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
        – Medical Cards are as easy as getting a physical (No Classes or tests required to obtain a medical card). 
        – Whereas CDL’s require training and testing

* Driving company vehicles for removal or pick up of various equipment/materials

* Trimming small trees, shrubs, plants

* Weeding, edging, cleaning, mulching landscaped beds

* Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged shrubs, plants, small trees

* Planting shrubs, plants, flowers, and trees

* Assist with the preparation of concrete and paver walkways, driveways, and pre-fab concrete steps

* Building retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits

* Learn and assist with the installation and repair of irrigation systems 

* Installation of landscape lighting 

* Demolishing concrete areas and removing existing structures, including walls and patios

* Assist with excavation, grading, land clearing, french drains, and water management solutions 

* Contribute work maintenance and general work in and around the shop area 

 

The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and maintain steady work throughout the day, including lifting up to 75 lbs. This is a W2 hourly position, 40+ hours per week. We offer paid breaks and lunch and paid time to and from the job if coming from the shop. Schultz works to maintain a positive environment where learning and hard work are rewarded with pay increases, discretionary bonuses, and upward mobility. 

 

Employees will meet each morning at the Schultz shop or at the job site.
